$15 late fee will be assessed for arriving to an appointment 15 minutes late. If later than 20 minutes is reached, it will be up to groomers discretion if they can squeeze you in.

Please note that 24 hours notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment or clients are subject to a $25 late/no show/no call fee.

All dogs must be picked up within 2 hours of groomer’s call. After 2 hours there will be a $15 extra care fee added to the price of the groom. Playcare/grooming packages are also available. If you’d like more information, please ask when you come in for your dog’s next groom.
